Susan Ritter, DPh
Susan Ritter, DPh, is a dedicated pharmacist with over 20 years of experience serving rural communities. A 2000 graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC), Susan has spent her career focused on improving access, quality, and compliance in rural and critical access hospitals. She is the founder of Quality Rx Consulting, where she partners with facilities to enhance pharmacy operations, strengthen clinical protocols, and support 340B compliance with expertise and compassion. Her commitment to rural healthcare reflects both professional excellence and a deep-rooted belief in the value of small-town hospitals.
Clinical Pharmacist
Jessica Mullens, PharmD
Jessica Mullens, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist with a strong focus on patient-centered care and regulatory compliance in rural healthcare settings. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) in 2018 and currently serves as a clinical pharmacist with Quality Rx Consulting. Jessica plays a key role in supporting hospitals with clinical protocol development and antimicrobial stewardship. Her attention to detail and passion for improving outcomes make her an invaluable part of the consulting team.
